Payouts & Invoices

Set Up Your Payout Method

  1. Go to Account Settings, then open the finance settings.
  2. Choose an available payout method.
  3. Enter and review the requested account details.
  4. Save the details. Eligible payouts are generally processed 2–5 business days after an event ends.

Track Payout Status

Review the relevant dashboard reports for:

  • Event and payout details.
  • Net proceeds.
  • Pending or paid status.
  • Applicable payout dates.

If a payout is delayed, review account notifications and confirm that the payout details and event requirements are complete.

Canceled or Postponed Events

  • Canceled events: Refund obligations may apply, and payout processing can be paused while they are resolved.
  • Postponed events: Payout timing may move to the conclusion of the rescheduled event.

Applicable service fees and charges are displayed through the platform and described on the Pricing page.
